Hello, Mr. King.
My name is Dmitry, I'm fond of reading your books, especially those related with Dark Tower series. Hope you are well, long days and pleasant nights, say thankya.
Since last year I've been participatin' in the on-line conversation between your amauters taking place on www.stephenking.ru (as ya can see, there's a lot of people living in Russia who like your novels and stories very much).
In this connection I have a question for you, which has arisen not long ago: what is the nature of those Beams holding the Tower? Something supernatural, but of energetic nature, aren't they?
The question is pretty crucial for us, so be so kind not to hesitate with your valuable reply.
Yours truly,
Dmitry aka Vagabond
Lingvo, just for ya, DTReader:
- broke, прич. - broken
1)
He fell through the windows, breaking the glass. —
Once you've broken the seal of a bottle there's no way you can put it back together again. —
Syn:
shatter, crack, split, splinter, bust, smash, crush, demolish
